William Wachowski
Founder & Manager
Will Wachowski is the founder of Lemniscate Properties, a commercial real estate investing company. He discovered his passion for real estate through his father, who owns multiple properties and instilled in Will the belief that real estate is a key path to building wealth. After graduating from Indiana University in 2023, Will quickly became a licensed Residential Broker in Illinois, practicing in the Chicagoland area. Driven by the desire to maximize efficiency and scale his efforts, Will founded Lemniscate Properties to focus on larger real estate deals that offer greater returns with less competition. His vision for the company includes bringing his family together to achieve shared success in the real estate industry.
